As far as I know (I could be wrong), there are certain parts of the sim where the news feed pops up. A lot of times it lags, so it won’t pop up at all or will “spam” you twice in a row, or within minutes of each other.

Personally, I don’t think this is a good idea. Hathian is a very poor and small area, if we are to keep with the theme of the sim, a tourism center wouldn’t be apart of it.
