A casino is a great idea with alot of RP that can focus around it. I look forward to this and Julian will visit to either go broke and have to extort more of the local population, or get rich and lose it all on coke and hookers.

CD as a sim does not allow stun batons, that’s not just for HPD, that’s for anyone.
The drinking age in the state of Louisiana in which all of the Crack Den sims are located, is 21. There are states that allow drinking at 18 in restaurants with a parents consent, but Louisiana is not one of them. That’s a state law, so Hathian would be unable to usurp that.
