On the board in the bullpen a slightly rumpled note would have been taped. While the note itself looked a little worse for wear it had been taped with careful parallel to the edges of the board, in the corner of it. The tapes at the four corners of the note would have been carefully applied, leaving no air bubbles or ridges.
