I think some clarification of what youth can and cannot get away with. I mean, not sure youth should be able to stab and bleed people, but that’s just my 2 cents.

I feel like a prison would be a welcome addition. Of course it would mean that RP would be segregated which could be an issue depending on how long people are in the system for.
I would suggest if this goes through someone talks to HGH to find a doc or two that would be willing to come to the prison to do rounds there.
