BACKGROUND: Privately owned and operated Correctional Facility located in Hathian, LA. Contracted by Hathian Police Department and surrounding jurisdictions for detention and long term confinement of persons. Also potential for other gangs in Hathian via corruption 'contract' use of the Correctional Facility to 'house' individuals. EXPERIENCE: I specifically wish to run a Private Correctional Facility in Crack Den as a way to expand the inmate RP experience, open doors for more stories to be created, as well as expand the inmate experience, reduce the workload on HPD Officers, and generally give a more expansive RP experiance for everyone involved.
