Last month, we implemented an initiative to boost the PD roster and spur activity. We did that by moving the applications online which allowed folks to apply directly from the OOC/PD area and allow our Lieutenants to manage it.
Since then, we received 65 apps, in which about 40 have been approved thus far.
Now that we've met our intended goal, we're moving on to phase 2 ... which is to figure out how the officers' RP impacts the city and what you'd like to see in the department moving forward.
How do you see your character developing, in terms of corruption? Are they likely willing to take bribes / favors in lieu of avoiding a "ticket" or an arrest?
What do you think warrants a ticket or an arrest, usually?
Would you be interesting in working beats with partners?
Do you have any particular frustrations? It is widely known by our senior officers that playing this role is particularly hard as you'll be hated and spit on by criminals and even civilians in the city.
Does your character have enough time, or do you allow them, to make a life outside of the PD?
