noobie questions:
1) when lyss arrests dealer Joe for dealing drugs - I will make a file with arrest report of Joe, so far so good.
Now joe is in jail and next day Lyss would interogate Joe for his contacts and whatever - so it would be a proper scene promoting the roleplay OOCly and the police case ICly as Joe perhaps gives names of other criminals for example -
QUESTION - would Lyss now make a second file on that jail RP as it IC brings the case forwards and OOC does not leave the inmate bored - or would that be considered cred cheating?

Bribe: lyss meets Joe again and this time Joe offers an amount of dollars to bribe Lyss to look the other way. Would that be a file of bribing an officer or are bribes not filed and only arrests count in the system?
So bribe to avoid arrest = incident file,

NPC partners. in DE cops were allowed to NPC a partner if they went in an area where trouble was to be expected. Is that allowed/wanted in CD too? YES/NO?
7) back up calls
if there is a radio call for backup, how many full POs to we wait until arriving and posting in?
