Well... two questions really, but they're along the same lines.
1. Is there a point where an old warrant should be ignored? (I.e. John Jacob Jingleheimerschmidt is wanted for Assault in early June, but it's now early August. Should he still be arrested for the assault charge, or should it be disregarded?)
2. Do we RP a statute of limitations? Granted, the RL statute of limitations would be a bit extreme for an RP environment (Rape is five years. No one is gonna RP for five years and then suddenly go "OH HEY, THIS GUY RAPED ME FIVE YEARS AGO!) but it may add some realism to the RP if a slightly less extreme statute is added (i.e. Rape limitation being a week, etc.)
