So, I have a bit of a suggestion for on the forums.
Perhaps a Police Files section where we keep records. For Example, One thread could be on "Rejects" and the content would list ways to identify the gang members, the types of people the gang seems to collect, any and all known 'turf' of the gang and any known members of that gang.
Another could be a Criminal Record for, say, Marcello Pausch. Which would list his personals, such as name, age etc etc, and then list all recorded incidents of arrests; charges brought against; etc, dates and reasons. Naturally, someone would have to keep an eye on the Police Blotter to be able to update these records, but it could be an actual assigned position (which I'd volunteer for) that allows for some decent RP and opens up information to the rookies that join the force.
