Bio: Pillullis Echegaray is a carefree man who always enjoys a party. He was raised on a medium-class family and considers himself a "Ladies Man" although sometimes he fails on that in a comical fashion. Pillullis is somewhat noble and most of the time plays by the rules. He avoided getting into trouble in order to become a Police Officer, of course who knows if the power will corrupt him as he advances ranks in the Police Department.
