The new group setup in CD will really cut down on the number of applications required by members. Once they're in the "CD Civilians" group, they will have instant-invite access to most groups. However, there are still a handful of groups that will require additional registration ... the process will be different than applying for a "civilian" role.

I haven't put much thought into this yet, but I thought I'd throw it out there to field some feedback from you guys. Basically, the new application for the PD will require:

1. Registered Citizen for at least 5 days OR have spent 8 hrs RP'ing in Hathian -- one or the other will work.
2. Accept a bunch of disclaimers / expectation statements
3. Respond to questions

Now, going through what we have now on the current application and based on experience, any particular questions/expectations we should be asking of?

Once accepted into the PD, they will get automatic access to the doors, new criminal database and police APB, radios, and whatever else that used to require manual intervention. They will also receive an IM upon group invite as to who is the most active training officer and to report to them for assignment.

We are seriously going to have an insanely cool system.
