Hi folks,
I've written a new "Getting Started" guide which outlines the core charter of the HPD. I'm following it up with a "New Recruit" guide which gives you simple step-by-step instructions on how to join the police blotter group on the forums, getting a uniform, radio, and access to secured doors.
Take a look at the guide I've posted already (announcement). You'll see some changes made, including more autonomy to the Sergeant role. I think that rank is one of the most important one in the PD as these officers directly mingle and move around the core members of the group.
