Hello fellow peace officers.  I'm looking at you Hathian PD, with your fancy cars, swat teams, working radios, and uniforms.

Here at the Laveau Sheriff's Department, we don't have it so good.  While you all have the new and shiny equipment we're here buying our own uniforms and gear.  Which is okay, we're a small but resilient group.  We like our slow paced lifestyle.  We like talking to local business owners and helping protect them from crime or as some call it shaking them down for a little extra money.  We like turning a blind eye to the activity of a pimp and his....employee.  We're all good with that, we kind of like it that way.

However, y'all have them fancy computers and data bases to fill out crime reports.  You have a big jail rather than just a couple holding cells.  I mean if we arrest somebody we don't even have a way to file it!

Now maybe we can get some kind of cooperation going on.   Maybe we can book our criminals into your jail, maybe you'll let us access your fancy computers to fill out proper arrest and incident reports.  Maybe you have some major terrorist incident and you need some back up to work crowd control you can give us a call if any of us are on duty.

Now we're not trying to get into Hatian's business.  We like our slow lifestyle here, but maybe once in a while we can help each other out.
