I'm starting to cross post group notices regarding HPD's current effective OOC policies and other "unwritten rules" that are not covered in official guide into this topic, in form of archive for easy and quick reference to HPD players as inworld notices tend to disappear rather quickly, leaving new players easily into dark - This can be considered as FAQ of sorts that will grow over time.
