I have a request to upgrade the cots in the HPD.

In 24 hours, I observed about 4 instances of freaky deeky action in the cells and ISO which lacked substantial animation action. I know people like to be *very* immersive, and I humbly request on behalf of the citizens of Hathian, that we get new fuc@#%$ cots.
