Moving forward, we will discontinue the use of the Police Blotter forum in lieu for the in-world HPD Hud.
Make sure you're using the most current version of the (BETA) hud ... current version is: Beta 2
I will update the # above as I release new versions. Just reach out to me directly via IM in-world for a copy of the latest HUD. I'll setup a giver in-world eventually when I feel the HUD is on a more stable release.

You will also find the HPD Terminal (laptop) placed around the HPD building. With this terminal, you can file arrest reports, search for a criminal background report (a view to see all submitted reports on an avatar), and request warrants.
