I'm going to be spending this week reforming the HPD. My focus will be on a minimizing current protocol and procedures, evenly spreading out any kind of work load and encouraging partnership within the department.
If you have any suggestions, regardless of rank, please do share here. I am going to think this out, with all your thoughts taken into consideration, and throw out a proposal. After final tweaking based on feedback, we'll go ahead and implement it quickly.
I'd really like to get the group focused on establishing partners, patrolling the streets together, and overall focus on day-to-day RP rather than procedural stuff. I'll also do my best to keep things super simple and straight-forward - from ways to get promoted to protocol.
Keep the "sandwich rule" in mind! What works + what doesn't work + what works 🙂 Please spread this around to the other officers in-world too.
