Hathian Civil Services will sometimes have a matter that needs an unbiased decision, such as lawsuits and restraining orders. In the past, we have used CD admins to decide these cases. However, with everything else they have to do, this puts a lot of burden on them.
So I'm looking for people who would be willing to volunteer to decide on cases. This would not be a fully fleshed out character with a physical representation. This would be more like the NPC dispatchers, meant only to move the roleplay along. We're just looking for a way to make case decisions more fair for those involved.
Those who volunteer would need to have:
-the ability to/interest in researching criminal and civil law, though we are always happy to help with this.
-no current ties to HCS
-at least six months' activity in Crack Den
