CU Class: Personal Safety In Everyday Life
The world is a little chaotic – and also a pretty wonderful place. This class is for anyone who wants to move through it feeling a little more confident, a little more aware, and a whole lot more prepared for whatever comes their way.
We’ll explore practical, everyday safety, role of instincts and in general what all falls into the area of personal safety in every day life. We’ll be a little talkative, little hands-on, little interactive, with open conversations, and workshops that put the learning straight into practice.
You know the rules from the last time:
1. Participation is mandatory for attendance. If you do not want to actively participate, or disturb the class, this class is not for you.
2. No answer and no question is stupid. Ask if you do not understand. Answer if you think you know the answer.
3. Honesty about weaknesses is non-negotiable. We can’t defeat what we can not acknowledge.
