Join Coach Nara on the field for a Memorial Day workout. prepare to carry a lot of weight, do lots of push ups, sit ups, and pull ups. We’ll be doing Two 1 Mile runs, 100 pushups, Pushups, and Squats. Hydration and weights will be provided.
