Last week on Gang Leader Discussion I posted this

You know I was thinking about this today but for quite a while gangs have been getting along pretty good. I know once in a while there are some issues usually between one person but when these things come up we are able to talk about it with each other and work it out. It hadn't always been like this I know when I was leading the Reavers there were often pissed off people and snarping at each other. I just think that we should recognize whats working for us and keep it up. In my head it has alot to do with Respect and Communication. Everyone fucks up here and there and when I do I know you guys will come to me and say something then we can work it out. I also know if you guys have a problem with one of my guys i better take a close look at what there doing. Anyhow, I just wanted to say you know, good lookin out and shit. Lets keep it up.

I don't take it back. All the gangs have been working together like adults to deal with issues. So last night when one person disagreed with a post [who mind you was not part of an officialgang] I was pretty pissed off to hear that it went to an OOC gosip mill. Lets not go down that path and get strait now. If there is an issue with a post get in my IM and say hey i dont think that post was cool and this is why. We will work it out and try to come up with a comprimise that leaves all parties happy. Calling people names and insulting others game only causes people to be allienated and pissed off. I personally take offence at being called trigger happy or anything to that effect when i rarely pull my gun and only do cuz a dual weilding man is attacking my man and going into the shack my gf is. Only a moron goes into a gunfight with a bat twice in a week.

Also this dont have a damn thing about these magical mystical cliques that i found out about last night it has to do with comon courtesy and communicating like adults.My Im's are open to anyone and everyone and I'm pretty aproachable. Lets get back to the good roleplay we were having without OOC drama.
