Someone who's super enthusiastic and responsible.

When you're making a commitment to run a group within a community, it would be the needs of your group members above your own at all times. I also totally understand that RL comes up, and that's fine, but it would be on you to prepare and create a team of group members who you can trust to represent you and support the group while you're away. Also, be sure to give a heads up if possible to other leads or at least myself.

Personally, leaders are an extension of ownership; they represent management to an extent to all the newcomers and existing players in the Den. Drama is something I personally can not and will not tolerate; if you find yourself unable to maintain a neutral attitude or positive environment for yourself and others, leadership is really not for you.

If you are to take on this role, please also don't make this into a -job- either. You're welcome to organize the group you see fit, but above everything else, we're here to have fun. Make sure everything you do is in a fair and scalable fashion. Don't burn yourself out.

Finally, please reach out to me on a regular basis. I want to know what's going on, what ideas you have, and for you to let me know if you need anything (to buy props or whatever for some cool events). If I don't hear from you, I'm going to assume you're inactive! I would really appreciate brief updates on what's going on; especially if you see a growing issue in the sim that needs my attention.
