So wanted bounce the way the web cam girl RP could be done.  One idea with it is they could announce their log into the site in the citizens group. Now web cam conversations are mostly private as you aren't face to face so how does anyone RP with them outside of the studio? Well one idea is that, up to the girl of course, but IM could be used for private messages, requests, and since you can cam the girl from any where, they would know you were really watching.  I'm not a promoter of RP in IM but in this case, a bored worker, a cop on the corner, whoever, where ever could be watching a cam show from their phone. Since there is already RP plans on Hacking the cam girls at some point, them having actually talked to people isn't a bad thing. Obviously IM can't be released unless all parties agree. Overall I think it gives them web cam girls a reason to actually show up and a way to interact in the community.  That's sort of what I have ended up with as the best option but wanted to post for suggestions and feedback as someone may have a better idea.
