So I didn't really know to post this question, but since it's clearly an ooc related question - I figured to put it here! Anyways, look below for the question itself.

As some of you may already know, the 'Weaver' family name has been slowly expanding over the past couple months, and I'm sure it's clear that it's just not a simple little family that sits at home and does nothing except play innocent day after day. While the family grows, I hope for it to eventually form into a gang family sort of state and I am currently in the process of beginning to organize various concerns both ICly and OOCly as to make the proposal process less troublesome on all of us.

I am welcoming any and all questions/concerns anyone may have regarding my idea in the replies I get to this topic - in fact - I urge you to bring up any concerns you may have just because I know how well it'll help with my.development, but the real question I have to ask of you all is short and simple: Is it absolutely necessary that everyone in a gang.maintain a steady flow of street cred in the system for their character? Because one of the people that does definitely contribute to the family (James' IC wife) has a mostly clean record, but her role in the family is to indirectly solve any IC 'concerns' that arise within the family so she would very much be considered a member were I to submit a proposal.
