Due to RL, and a number of other factors I had to take an extended vacation from CD and responsibilities granted by this amazing community. I had left groups to prevent any confusion and as such regret it because in the end, I missed the RP, best place to come and just build a story. If anyone could be so kind I was looking to at least retain the citizens tag again, the others are not so much a concern, but I will leave that to the discretion of whoever handles this matter. thank you again and look forward to seeing everyone in world.
