So I've been kicking around this idea for a while now where I'd like to rent a plot of land in one of the CD surrounding SIMs and make a church there. This church would not be run by my character or have any affiliation with the OSMC although perhaps from time to time one or more of us might go there for personal reasons (Heretic is a Catholic so he may show up a few times).

The church would be small, nothing too elaborate, and stay within the SIM guidelines for appearances to fit in with the rest of the city. Funerals, Weddings, Confession, Baptisms, etc etc etc can be held there without any sort of charge for it as it would be open for anyone and everyone regardless of their faction or lack of faction to use.

I will not be providing staff for the church as I won't be running it so you'll have to find your own staff to run any events you want to be held there. I can, however, if the players think it's a good idea keep a calendar of events that are to be held there so if a wedding happens it isn't scheduled at the same date/time as say a funeral or something.

This is step one in seeing rather or not there is even any interest out there in this before I go to rent land, submit a proposal if people like it enough, create a calendar, and all the good details that go along with it. Please comment below, even if you hate the idea. Thanks.
