Ok so this post is going to be uber long. I apologize in advance but i feel it is necessary.

A  group of  individuals I role play with and I were ooc  in my home when we started  discussing what we would like to do in cd with our stories which eventually led to us brainstorming on things we felt would  be nice to have in cd. We decided we would purchase land and builds in order to bring these things to fruition.(mostly trixie with the land ty sweets)  What we came up with is 3 different locales in addition to trixies the first being a Bank (( sorry HPD)) I know there were banks prior to this one but we felt it was still needed. The difference between this bank and the old one is we would like to have armed security there as well as we have a few countermeasures installed to deter would be robbers. if possible we could even set up atms throughout hathian ((i have them fp so we could give them to biz leads who want to be involved )) and do drop offs and pickups from local businesses to increase the rp for crims. this will also give the white hats something to do if they chose to be security guards and do said money transfers.  the bank would  also need a lead as well as  tellers.

the next local we have is wolfy's gas station and food mart. the dp in cd looks out of biz  and we felt a working gas station would increase rp possibilities  as well. this would need a lead as well as attendants and clerks.

the final locale we created was fadax shipping company. three of the four floors would be dedicated to the legitimate side of biz while the fourth floor would be locked off for use as a grow lab for  weed and a processing plant for the cocaine and other drugs. this would open opportunities for crims as well as legit players . we would need staff for the shipping company, drivers, delivery men, supervisor. as well as people who want to actually role play growing and processing the drugs that flood the streets of hathian this biz also needs a lead.

the group and I only want to expand on the amazing  stories in cd and  increase the variety of directions players can go in cd.  we are incurring the costs out of pocket because we really want to see these  things thrive.  Anyone with  any feed back  feel free to comment.
