The story of little Lucy (a sad past) But let's start from the beginning. 18 years earlier. A very young mother gives birth to a girl. It was not a wanted child, the mother was raped, abortion was out of the question and so Lucy came into this world. Lucy was left in a baby hatch by the parents of the young girl. At least they did that and did not immediately dispose her in the next best waste container Lucy had no name at that time and was adopted a few weeks later by a young family. The fate meant it well with her, this little screaming bundle that would not rest. Unfortunately, it was then after a short time over with the happiness and the father of the young family died in a robbery. He was unfortunately hit by a ricochet and was immediately dead. My adoptive mother mourned and her life went a little off track until she met man number 2. Everything seemed to be wonderful until he showed his true face, which I would later call father. He was an ultra-conservative man, very God-fearing and mentally still lived in the year 1805. He beat my mother when she did not spurt, or don't get the screaming baby under control. And so it happened to Lucy too. As she grew older, she was regularly beaten with a cane if she didn't do what he wanted or made mistakes. And she often did Mistakes. Despite this, Lucy somehow managed to grow up. But alone. Isolated from other kids, no friends, an overachiever in her class from elementary school till high school graduation. Since anything other than bad grades would have drawn an immediate beating. She grew up without real love from her father, and her mother was to afraid to say something, she knew no praise but only blame, Everything she did was never good enough. After school, she also had to help on the farm, exposed to nature in all weathers. So she was used to working hard. Her parents ... who were not her parents after all. And they never told Lucy that she was adopted. Her parents who believed they had broken her mentally and spiritually. But they were wrong. A few months before her 18th birthday. She had heard classmates talk about how they would go to different universities and how great and free life would be at a university. That's where Lucy saw hope. She enrolled at several universities, but despite her excellent grades, she received one rejection after another. Until one week before her 18th birthday, Columntreal University sent her a letter saying she could enroll at the beginning of next week. That was the only positive advantage of her "father", he never touched her indecently, but he also made sure that no one else ever touched her indecently. Lucy was still a virgin. In her mind the doctrines of her parents, be a God-fearing Christian, obey without reproach when authoritys tell her something, and sex is only allowed after the consummation of marriage and only for the act of procreation. Sex as pleasure was a sin, generally speaking ANYTHING that was even remotely fun was a sin. Nevertheless, Lucy ran away from home, where she took the strength and courage to suddenly break everything off and run away Lucy does not know to this day, there was only this strange feeling inside her that out there "more" would be waiting for her. She took the money she had collected over the years and one night secretly went off. With the long-distance bus first out of the city. Two days later she bought in a second-hand store a few new clothes some of them were quite worn and old but discreet and with a lot of detergent again wearable, others were except for strange white spots on the Scrits and blouses still good in shape and quality, but since she was slowly running out of money she could not be picky. With her last money she had her hair cut and dyed at a hairdresser and bought a long-distance busticket to Hathian. 2 days later she was spat out of the penitentiary on the dingy streets of Hathien. Her sense of direction left her in the stich and she had to ask through to the university among the sparsely visible citizens until she was finally picked up by a patrol car and was kindly brought to the university. Unfortunately, she didn't ask the policeman for his name during the conversation, which she only noticed when he dropped her off in front of the Admission building of Columtreal and drove away... And so Lucy's university life begins (The rest of the story will be written bit by bit) (had to post it again due to account problems, Sorry) |
