A new resteraunt opening soon, on mainstreet, just as you hit Vodou.

The Spread Eagle is a slightly classier venue than Lou's, serving cajun/creole dishes (which i believe would be quite common in Louisianna, correct me if I am wrong) as well as your classic bar and grill fayre. There's also fully liscenced bar if you're just fancying a drink.

It would make an ideal place for a date, family meal, business meeting or robbery. (Well it is Hathian.) It's also a good place to pick up your fix, as the place is to be managed by one of CD's resident dealers.. but that is another story hmmm?

Bloss has been busy advertising jobs for waiting staff, tenders and Asst. managers in the local newspapers, on the university campus notice boards and random lamposts so she can hire folk to delegate the work stuff to and go back to her day job at Lou's, drinking JD and embezzling the profits to top up her paycheque. Not that she won't be stopping by for the food and standing around looking all authorative without actually doing any work.
