The Clam on Main Street has started selling lottery tickets and scratchies!

Lottery is drawn once a month and scratchy's are, random!
You'll get an IM if you win a scratchy and you can role play it out however you like.

I will ALSO get an IM if you win SO if you want it put in the Observer but don't wanna do it yourself let me know and I'll pop it in there for you!
