== Before Hathian ==
Before coming into Hathian, Tara was a drifter. She could drift because of the insurance money left to her upon the tragic, untimely death of her father.
Death by drunk driver.
When Tara was young she had scoliosis and to this day still has scars along her spine. Her back is forever straight and cannot bend. There is a metal rod which was surgically put in to keep her spine from twisting and moving about. Years of torment and pain which she will always have.
There is an old, expired drivers licence dating back to California, the name says Tara Reed. This girl looks like Tara, has the same info. Except that the woman in the photo is not Tara.

==Begin Hathian==
Tara really wasn't expecting much, when coming into Hathian. She was using it just as another place to be before going on to finding something bigger and better things. She had met a woman named Kimberly, and they had formed a spcial bond. A best friend, her companion in the first few days of her life in Hathian.
Where upon a meeting of a man, who impregnanted Tara, she had little choice but to stay with the potential life that was now shoved in her face. Pregnant, scared and alone, Tara faces a life that is so different than the life she was used to. Now, Tara was going to be a mother.

==Current Hathian==

During Pregnancy, Tara had discontinued the use of all her medication, resulting in heavy paranoia, severe hallucinations, and ended up murdering a hospital receptionist, claiming that she was going to kill her baby.
Upon being arrested, now awaiting sentencing Tara was allowed a work release parole which she enjoys working part time at the Clam.
Today, Tara will enjoy time around the Clam, Grind, and her Hathian Life.
Tara is not related to any gang, pumps gas for a living and enjoys what little time she has with her Daughter.

Officer Jake Eizenberg was summoned to the Hathian General Hospital after the silent alarm was sounded, and Dispatch referred the location and situation.
After arriving on scene, he saw Tara Reed holding Tracy O'Hara in her hands, a knife held over her neck. Officer Eizenberg draw his gun and asked Miss Reed to drop her weapon and surrender.
Miss Reed failed to comply and cut the nurse's throat, just before raising her hands and approach Officer Eizenberg.
Miss Reed was cuffed, and Officer Eizenberg confirmed the death of Tracy O'Hara on location.
Rookie Officer Kimberly Sabetha arrived on scene and assisted with the rest of the arrest.
Medics found NPC Nurse O'Hara D.O.A.

== Medical History ==

14 year old Caucasian female reported having back problems, and was then taken to the hospital for further examination including x-ray and CAT scans. Patient was unable to walk and had been severely disjointed. Upon further examination patient was then diagnosed with Dextroscoliosis Idiopathic Scoliosis and was advised treatment by Minimally Invasive Anterior Correction.

Follow Up #1: Spinal fusion with instrumentation successful
Follow Up #2: Physical Therapy After Minimally Invasive Back Surgery completed. Resuming heavy dosage of Morphine and Tylenol

16 old Caucasian female, slight bi-polar. Medication given to correct this. Dose balanced to coincide with Medications taken due to DIS, with MIAC.
