Trouble at the Grind!

Having fun on her skateboard and blazing up and down the pathways and roads, Song spots someone she wants to speak to and turns around to head to them, upon getting closer, this take a unexpected turn....

[20:35] Charlotte Calaway (aleera.morane) when he didn't take her purse, she simply slipped it back on her shoulder. she crossed her arms and nodded slowly, "Mhm. You left that phone for me to find. You were the one who reached out to me, didn't you? You knew I would find out. Your prints. A hit on the system and here we are. You took pot shots at people from the bridge didn't you. The phone was near it. You returning to the scene of the crime? Arrogant i would say. And now you fear the fire you created? And your beef is with me. Let him go on his way. Or are you that chicken shit?" she knew very well she stood a great chance of being shot. no need in fearing what she couldn't stop now. she was ready and she looked him dead in the eyes. she reached for the dark glasses resting on her nose and carefully pulled them from her face so he could see her eyes. green and glaring brightly

[20:43] Seraph Draco DragonBlood (seraphielcassiel) not wishing her any harm he puts his hands up slowly to let him know he has not plan on doing anything. He looks at Charlotte for any clue on whether she will want to move in or not. Until he sees some cue from her he will remain still with his hands up in the air.

[20:46] Cain (thecrimsonraven) curls a grin off the corner of his lips after Charlotte gets a little mouthy, "Let's recap... who has the power in this particular situation? The pretty little ginger piggy? Or..." he pauses, and with that, turns the gun just a bit to the right, aimed at Seraph, finger curled around the trigger, *BANG* A shot rang off...

[20:47] Songbird (tabby.tyran) blazed her way up the street pulling of a few tricks when she would spot Charlotte and go right past her before turning around and heading back, she had things she needed to tell her, and then as she arrived skidding to a halt, her eys would take in the sceane and she would groan upon seeing that she had just wondered into another stand off, and with a gun too, she would keep her distance, pull out her phone and press a few buttons as she starts to record this, panning the view so it would get a quick glance at her own face, and then Seraph, Then Charlotte and then Cain, zooming out a bit she would get the recording so Charlotte and Cain were in the same shot.

[20:49] Charlotte Calaway (aleera.morane) the instant his eyes left her and his gun shifted she launched herself at him like a lioness from the tall grass of the Savanah. she was attempting to take him down with a linebacker type tackle. if she was successful her right hand would draw back in a tight first to sail right at his face dead center with all the strength she had

[20:51] Seraph Draco DragonBlood (seraphielcassiel) was no stranger to guns and so he didn't fear getting shot. His father had taught him many things and fearing bullets was not one of them. Seraph stood his ground and didn't move when the gun went off. He saw Charlotte lunge after the man after feeling the bullet graze his ear. He would try to go in with her so that she wasn't alone in taking him down and could try to get the gun away in the scuffle. He noticed the gal on the skateboard but didn't look at her instead had his focus only on Charlotte and Cain.

[20:59] Cain (thecrimsonraven) for whatever reason did not expect to get rushed by 'skinny ginger piggy', as she will from this point forward be so affectionately named by him. Right after the round fired, he lost his train of thought. Zero was going to be so disappointed in this shit, he knew it already. At least he'd already let the others know some way or another... but he had no idea they were already here.. "WOAH! WOAH! BACK UP! OOF!" he shouted right before he got socked right to the fucking face, dead center to the right cheek. Damn near broke his jaw, definitely left him dazed, confused and in a shit load of pain as he went down to the ground, squeezing the trigger one more time before he realized and firing off a round on accident towards the chick holding the camera on a skateboard. It wasn't more than a second later he felt the weight of the world jump on top of him, which just so happened to apparently be Seraph..

[21:02] Charlotte Calaway (aleera.morane) flinched when the gun went off again. with the adrenaline rushing through her veins she didn't know where it went or if she'd been hit yet. she drew her first back and hammered ot toward his head again. if she was about to be taken out, she was going go out swinging. a growl left her lips in a rush of curses, "You stupid son of a bitch!! Next time pay attention of you don't want your ass handed back to you in a fuckin baggie!" aiagn that right hook slammed at his face with all her strength trying to knock his ass out

[21:03] Tori Yamato (hitori.skyther) had stopped at home only long enough to get what was needed after Cain’s text. She looks around but didn’t see any cops as was indicated. She did however see Charlotte out of uniform. “Shit…” She knelt down against the Grind wall, looking over the scene. She said seeing that Cain already had his gun drawn and a scuffle starting. Tori swallowed and moved a hand to the holster at her belt. She drew the stolen gun she had gotten months ago but never used. Tori hated guns but Cain had said cops and so that meant they probably had guns too. Her hands were sweaty and shaky, her heart in her stomach and she was sure she was going to be sick. She aimed the gun up, toward the crowd and felt Buzz right behind her. She whispered in a obviously nervous voice, her anxiety not so great as she took aim. “I’m… I’m not so good with guns…”

[21:06] Seraph Draco DragonBlood (seraphielcassiel) heard another shot right in his ear as he went down and almost lost complete hearing from it. He didn't know where it went and hoped it didn't hit him or Charlotte. His adrenaline was pumping hard so he wouldn't even know if it had. As he hit him in his face I attempted to get him to drop his gun by slamming his hand on the street. Seraph hoped it was enough strength to get him to drop it. He couldn't see the two people by the wall of the coffee shop during the scuffle.

[21:06] Songbird (tabby.tyran) was at the moment thinking that she was lucky to get such a lucky score on what she was catching on cam, hell she might be able to sell this to the news! As she watched Charlotte charged in along with Seraph soon after. As Cain fell down and the gun went off at first she would not register shot or it hitting herbut then she would notice that her left leg was no longer supporting her and she collapsed hard onto the deck, that was when the pain set it, eyes going wide she would begin to roll around on the floor cluching her leg screaming in agony.

[21:07] BUƵℤ (benedictr) followed and slid on the ground, possibly ripping his jeans as he stood behind Tori, a bat in hand and would peek to see the state of the scene they came to aid with. He spotted a familiar face he has been meaning to catch up with for some time now, the tall trigger happy cop, what were the odds. He heard Tori's whispers, panicking when it came to guns. He whispered back "You mean to tell me you rushed like Lara Croft on ecstasy to get that gun from your room and struggle to use it, ugh, the agony" he would shake his head and peek back out "This is not the time to be unsure of yourself, here let me help you"

[21:09] Hunter Caverly (youdontknowwhatltslikebeinga) came wandering down the street from the Clam, after finding that he'd showed up to the tail end of an event over there. He was definitely out of the loop, after having been absent from the city for such a long time. Though now, it appeared he was walking into the middle of the fray since those green orbs quickly shot toward the Clam at the sound of a gunshot, and he saw a familiar -- but out of uniform -- officer in a scuffle. A quick analysis of the scene quickly exposed the pair hanging out behind the Grind as well, and although he didn't know who either of them were..the gun being raised was enough to make Hunter lift his own from its holster, and he backstepped just a little in hopes that he hadn't been seen by them yet.

[21:14] Cain (thecrimsonraven) gets an adrenaline rush of his own and goes off swinging, trying to struggle as he is otherwise held down by a fucking girl. "If you wanted to get on top of me, all you had to do was ask." he muttered to her with her right on top of him, right before he went off swinging at her, or at least trying to. This other dude trying to hold him down wasn't exactly small. If anything he wouldn't get much of a swing off..

[21:16] KatrinaElizebeth Karu stops for a moment as she sees max"hey max."she smiles having not seen him sinnce that night.

[21:18] ℳaҲ ÇaﾚiŦoгnÎa (maximus.urquan) walked towards Lou's, noticing a fight going on across the street he was looking over there and walked right past Kat without noticing but then he hears her calling and looks back, "Oh, hello there sexy, whats good.." he asks, seeing that she may have a leg broken makes him wonder if it was the right question to ask.

[21:20] Songbird (tabby.tyran) in the mean while would have forgotten about her phone which laid near by and still recording, although it would be getting only audio and lovely view of the sky at the moment, instead she would be clutching her leg and crying out in pain as her torn up calf cramps and feels likes its been tied in knots. "AHHH AHHhhh Fuck fuck fuck! Ahhh SERI call the police!" She would scream at her phone, a male eletronic voice would then say from the phone. "Calling Pizza Feast.."

[21:21] KatrinaElizebeth Karu shrugs"coffee is good but looks like it is busy over there. I'm just wandering around looking for sommething to do,been awhile."she shifts her feet which wer enot broken.

[21:21] Ling Jiao (domri) glanced at the people in the distance, eyes squinting. When he saw the woman fall to the ground, he hesitated forward, catching himself after a half step. Fingers curled into a small, tight fist and jaw clenched, his whole body tense with pure uncertainty. Only when he was certain no one was going to her aid, he stepped off the sidewalk and onto the curb, moving at a hurried pace to the downed woman. Dropping to his knees, he looked over her body for the wound before spotting it on her leg. Tearing his vest off, he tossed it to the side so he could pull off his shirt and press it to her wound, applying pressure to try and slow the bleeding. Being sure to keep one hand on her leg, he reached for his vest and pulled it on.

[21:23] Charlotte Calaway (aleera.morane) growls when his fist knocks her head tip to the side and bump into Seraph's shoulder. "Aggravating bastard...." she tried her best to get her right hand into her purse for a set of cuffs. she was having a really hard time with Cain struggling so much, but so far they seemed to manage it for the time being. she had to get around God knows....perfume bottle...no....lipstick, compact..."What the fuck? I need to get rid of half this shit....." she could hear Song screaming but until they had him subdued there was little else they could do. luckily her gun was at the back section of her waistband. she didn't really need it right now. she finally grabbed them, "Ah ha! NOW we are getting somewhere....."

[21:26] Tori Yamato (hitori.skyther) did not see Hunter approaching at all. Tori was barely able to focus on what was in front of her, let alone what was beside her. She saw them both going for Cain and bit her lip, her hands shaking and the gun completely not staying still. As Buzz criticized her she frowned. "Hey, it was an impulse okay.." Come on she had one lesson. It might now be that hard right, though as he said he would help her she nodded, leaning back into him and focusing her aim on Charlotte.

[21:26] ℳaҲ ÇaﾚiŦoгnÎa (maximus.urquan) 's sight will shift to look across the street hearing some yells but quickly looking back at her, tilting his head and torso slightly to the side to look at her leg, "What happened to you sexy?" he asks before peeking again across the street, on his way over here he heard something that sounded a lot like a gun shot so there may be some flying bullets around too, "Come over here sexy." he said and moved towards the phone behind her, the pet store should make for a good shield if people start shooting.

[21:27] Seraph Draco DragonBlood (seraphielcassiel) has almost all his weight on Cains upper body to try to keep him down while Calaway can attempt to cuff him or just beat the hell out of him. Either way he knew he had to keep him from killing her as best he could. He felt her head hit his shoulder and would attempt to go around toward his head to try and hold the other hand but instead it was looking like a bad game of twister with his right hand on blue instead of red. "Fucking asshole, cut the shit already." He was just pissed and really didn't know what else to say.

[21:31] Songbird (tabby.tyran) let out a groan before reaching for her phone. ~Hello Pizza Feat, home of the best Pizza in Hath...~ Song would hang up and attempt to press the phone into Ling's hand. "Call... ambulance, I dont wanna die!" she would say sobbing and crying as she then went back to clinging to her leg, with his help seeming to manage to stop the bleeding, but it still sure as hell hurt like a bit!

[21:32] BUƵℤ (benedictr) drops the bat on the side and repositions himself so his behind Tori. Hearing how much she struggled and panicked with guns earlier, he thought it was best to assist her and point it at the person he wanted most. A little gain for him in helping her with all this, who knows what may come out of it. "That's it steady" stretching his hand out and would hold steady the grip of the gun and direct it on the woman he's been itching to get revenge on for her treatment in jail. He shut one eye and took aim at the red head. This is an opportunity he just couldn't miss. He got his revenge on the officer that arrested him, now he was moments away of putting down the officer who dealt the most physical damage to him, at least the damage he felt was the cruellest of them all. He was initially aiming for Charlotte's throat but lowered it, not wanting her die quickly if it was a fatal shot. He guided Tori's hand a bit lower, so that it was just pointing to her right side. "This is for my balls you bitch". He pressed on Tori's finger, a loud bang followed as the projectile took off. If connected, it would hit Charlotte's right side, around the rib or tummy area. Buzz more focused on his revenge than what was going down with Cain and the rest.

[21:35] Hunter Caverly (youdontknowwhatltslikebeinga) made his steps slow and steady while going backward still, stepping mostly on the balls of his feet to keep his boots from causing too much noise to alert the pair of his oncoming presence. Once he was fully out of view from the pair and their backs were fully exposed to him, Hunter then strafed himself off to the right enough to the point where he was /directly/ behind them, save for a couple foots' distance. The bat that accompanied the pair definitely did not go unnoticed by Hunter, who was always wary about everything. If he made it this far without being stopped, then Hunter soon lifted the aim of his gun to aim straight toward Buzz's back; intending to bring down the man. That way, he'd only have the one woman to deal with afterward.

[21:35] Ling Jiao (domri) took her phone in hand, remaining silent as he nodded. Hanging up on the pizza place with a tap of his thumb, he brought up the dial pad and punched in a hasty 911. As it rung, he glanced down at the woman with a small frown. "You're gonna be alright," he said quietly before turning his head slightly to speak into the phone. "We've got a gunshot victim down on the intersection between Lou's and the Grind. Shot in the leg," he said, sure to keep his hand applying pressure to it in case she began to writhe.

[21:40] Songbird (tabby.tyran) at this point would just pass out from shock and blood loss, her eyes rolling back into her head her tossing an turning stopping and darkness claims her and she falls unconsious. ((Thanks for the rp all but I have to head to bed. G night!))
