Sofie Deluca was born in Hathian on June 3rd, 1993. Her parents names were blacked out on her birth certificate along with her birth name. She was told by one of the many foster family's she lived with that all the black on her birth certificate was to protect her from her biological family. She isn't sure if this is true or not but has no desire to find out. She ran away from the foster system around age sixteen and has been a sort of gypsy since.

Sofie has recently made her way back to the place she was born. Not to search for long lost family but just to see if Hathian is a place she can finally feel at home. Surprisingly, the chaotic mess that is this forgotten city is exactly what she has been aimlessly searching for. She finds comfort in the back alley drug deals and the street corners littered with working girls. She's found employment at the Poison Apple Tattoo Parlor as the front desk clerk and she's even found a friend in the grumpy Irish tattoo artist, Declan McLoughlin.

Sofie's demeanor lately has been calm and a bit whimsical. She speaks with a soft southern drawl that seems to deceive those who speak with her into thinking she's a sweet sensible girl. Sofie, however, is quite the opposite. She is a dark girl who embraces the taboo and feels at home in the midst of chaos. She is fascinated by medical journals and can do a butterfly stitch better then most professionals. She loves to put people back together... not because she cares about them but because she loves feeling her needle weave in and out of human flesh.

Sofie is well aware of her oddities and mostly keeps to herself, plastering a barbie fake smile on her face and observing this new city that is slowly becoming her home.
