So... the beach party thing has been done to death. The club has got together and decided to do something a little different for our next event in two weeks. This is open to everyone who's character wants a little something for nothing... or at least something for a little RP.

Premise: The MC deals in both weapons and counterfeiting and must occasionally move large sums of money, printing materials, firearms and munitions. Since you can't just call Brinks for this kind of delivery, they use regular delivery vehicles from CK motors, the food bank trucks, or sometimes even taxis. They sometimes work with a friendly faction to provide overwatch.

Plot: One of the NPC prospects has taken the short end of the stick once to often. That prospect decides to spill the beans about what vehicles are being used in the next run. He would tell someone in the community which vehicles would be used, where they will approach from, and where the destination is. He will not know which trucks are used for what and what route each will take or what faction is acting as backup security.

He would also know that the trucks will all have 2-3 people in them some armed some not. With this knowledge leaking out around town, any vehicles on the road that day would be fair game to be held up and robbed by anyone wanting to make a little change. Solo players without gang affiliations might even make some on the fly allegiances.

OOC: Any and all are encouraged to try ambushes, setting up roadblocks, or following the trucks to their destination (though it will be heavily defended. Factions, impromptu teams, even individuals can try their luck. This could lead to some fun RP afterwards when it comes time to split the loot)

We would expect all of the trucks to be captured, if for no other reason than to have the additional RP of recovering the loot. That's no guarantee, but please don't assume there's no point in trying cause the MC always wins. That's simply not true 🙂

The runs will be staggered across the day to allow players from the widest variety of time zones to participate.

It should be simple, use the whole CD sim 'grid', and be very inclusive. It should also beat the hell out of another beach party 🙂 We don't want to over plan, but input is welcome if you plan on participating.
