Really there's no huge announcement other than to say if you feel like using the area go ahead it has a quasi romantic beach, a saloon type bar and a forested area.

My home is under the bar, obviously I'm using security door to keep trespassers out of that, and the bar is not owned in character by me, My character simply rents the apartment under it.....It's Nick P Cullen or some other NPC acronym... Owned, Managed, Staffed by NPC's not offering employment, there's a rather tall mesh fella standing in as the bar keep.

Simple rules. No sit hacking ((that will keep you out of my apartment)) No damage that needs to be represented with the addition or subtraction of stuff and obviously you can't hear what I'm doing in my apartment even if you can ooc read it.
