I'm actually not sure if this is the right forum for this request, but since I couldn't find any forum that would have fit better, I'll give it a try here.

In my job as assistant manager of the Master Bates Inn, I've currently tried to start a cooperation with several businesses in town. In the last weeks/months, it has become obvious that it's always the same people who make use of the motel rooms. And often enough, the office staff is totally ignored and instead people go straight into the rooms. Of course I'm aware that you can't fully prevent this, but it would be nice to find ways to restrict this a bit more. The worst thing I had to learn then in the past days, is that there is a bunch of people who know the place where the Inn is situated, but who don't know that it is actually a motel! The primary reason for this is that the Inn is one of the few public places which doesn't have a name sign. So, my very easy to solve but absolutely primary request is:

Please, can the Inn get a name sign, too? If wished, I can create a logo for it myself and it would only have to be rezzed by Nadir once it's finished. There is this high advertisement holder behind the motel office, which is currently blank. Realistically, this would fit really well for a general logo, to try and catch the attention of people passing by. Additionally, the office should be somehow tagged as 'office' and the rooms should have number signs, which would make it a lot easier for the staff to distribute a room to a new customer.

A second question concerns the empty rooms up the hill, in the house which was used before the motel was re-situated. Currently JK (ryoutaro) and me RP it like these rooms are to be renovated but the city-board isn't giving permission yet. Hence the empty rooms attract lots of roamers ((people who 'park' their avis in there while going AFK)). I don't want to sound impatient, but it would be highly appreciated if some time the city board could make a decision about these rooms.

A third request concerns just a RP issue. Realistically, the motel has to handle a lot of data about their customers and staff. However, it still has to do everything by hand since the office doesn't have a computer terminal. Could maybe the old, not working, TV be replaced with a computer terminal? I'm sure I speak of all the staff when I say that we'd highly appreciate it 🙂
