Primiers in the movie theater. Maybe we could hold a regular movie night, where everyone can get together in the theater and interact while a feature film plays. It's unfortunate that someone's made a nice theater that hardly gets used. Start some fights, talk loudly.

Mardi Gras. I hear Hathian is loosely based on a town in Lousianna. Holding a mardi gras event would tie in well with the setting.

The Titty Twister has a nice stage, would be excellent if some "dancers" could organize some sort of show together.

There's also you church going people. I'm not sure what you could do there, that's your domain. I'm sure there's something they can do with that big building.
