The music industry is complicated, and it often has a dark side. At the same time, it moves a lot of money, and many people benefit from it.

What do you think about having a major record label in the city? And that the different factions in the city try to recruit people who are trying to break into music for their own interests. Gangs could boost someone's career, recruit people who can make a profit, just like with drugs. Music would be a good place where some factions could pursue their interests. I think this would also create many stories, perhaps boosting the music scene in the city. Negotiations, dramas, concert boycotts... and many other things that this can bring, with everyone working together to make deep stories.
