I am unsure if others experience this issue, but the CS Department Roster does not seem to count time. No matter how long someone 'works' in range, their total hours for the week always remain at 0. Ideally it would be nice to get a case system like the PD or HGH, but I would settle for a roster that worked so I could tell who are active in the job.
