==Background Story==
===Before Hathian===
Rilley was born and raised in Orange County California, an only child. Her mother, an alcaholic, Manic Depressive. Her Father, never home, married to his job. After her mothers fifth attempt, and fifth failure at suicide she decided it was enough. Packing her things quickly she hopped on the first bus she could find. Which landed her here. The city however, was not as welcoming as she had hoped.

===Begin Hathian===
Stuck in The Grind for a few years, no chance of advancement she had started hating life. A failed engagement left her emotionally beaten and torn. Only on the off chance did she meet someone else. Someone who promised the world, who said nothing would ever happen to her. Boy was she wrong. He pulled the same stunt the first did, minus a ring thankfully. Vowing to stay away from boys after that she threw herself into work. Making enough to get her a rookie spot in the HPD she finally thought she had what she wanted. Once again, she was wrong. Now with the salary of a rookie she enrolled herself at the local college working to get a degree in criminal justice. Detective is the next step she hopes.

===Current Hathian===
Currently Rilley is a Senior Officer in the HPD. Just recieving a promotion a few days ago has left her happier then she has been in a while. Shes still unchanged though. The question now is, will the ring in her shoe ever leave? Only time can tell but for now shes still focused on her career and her degree. With more promotions coming up hopefully she can recieve the thing she has been dreaming of for so long.
