I would like to make some confirmations and plans for a massive sim wide plot that can get many people involved and open up a lot of storylines. Michiaki, my alt, also known as 'M' wants to show the world his craft and how much better he is from others in the past who have terrorized the city.

With the permission from Rog Messmer, still pending, Angel Moonshadow [forensics] as well as use of a bomb squad specialist, I would like to involve the following groups to play with me 🙂

M plans to instill chaos and fear into the establishment he grew up hating, and now wants to dominate. He's going to do this with a variety of his new 'products' he has started selling on the street.

M's Targets/Groups:

1. Hathian Fire Department - Rog Messmer
2. Hathian Police Department - Benjamin Stoneage
3. Social Services - Dharyus Rindler (dharyus)
4. Hathian General Hospital - Amaya Hartly
5. Seaside Youth Centre - Buffy Ella Millet ( Buffy Aura )

If these are not the current leads, I apologize and would like to speak to the lead of each of these groups to discuss plans.

Why these targets:

1. Hathian Fire Department - To throw the fire department into disarray and fear. And to limit their mobility for the next strike. [Demon: Akuma]

2. The Police Station - To put fear into the police and citizens, and to show the community how far I can reach. Disarray for next strike. [Demon: Agares]

3. Hathian General Hospital - To remind the citizens that the safest places are not untouchable. To do right what Vincent could not. I can be anywhere. [Demon: Asag]

4. Social Services - Those who would bring the law down on my head, shall reap my law. Chaos. Again, those who are in power. [Demon: Aka Manah]

5. Seaside Youth Centre - This will be a fake bomb scare but a serious one. He wouldn't harm children, however he's putting it in the minds of the people of Hathian that this is real control. [Demon: Moloch]

[Note: This will come before the rp for this sim wide plot begins. And it will be small and almost unremarkable. This letter can be sent immediately to the police and NOT taken seriously resulting in the first bomb inside the Observer, making it 6 targets in total. And if that happens I'll contact the Observer lead :)]

Each bomb will be a different trigger mechanism or put together slightly differently, and it can be up to the players in each scene if they want to be badly injured, those players that are looking for a great way to go out with a bang, can kill off a character at one of these scenes, OR, it can be defused and figured out at some of the scenes. I would like to recommend that 3 out of 5 of these bombs 'go off' in some way, cause otherwise what's the fun in that? No headlines, no crazy rp and no reason for a man hunt, and at least 2 of them blow up completely, again its up to the players how bad the physical damage is [I'll be giving each lead a copy of their BOMB in Notecard so they will have an idea of the damage]. Or else he wouldn't be making much of a name for himself.

I am willing and even WANT him to be caught by police after the 3 or 4th attempt if the role play so requires it. And if he gets all the way to 5, there might be a big final showdown for the police and fire departments and all those who were hurt to experience him being brought to justice. Also, I'm willing to endure the long ass trials if the lawyers want to bring me to 'justice'.

More on how this could Unfold:

As for the groups, I put some time and thought into how he would want this to go down, and I believe that starting with the fire department in particular will give some fantastic rp to those in the fire department seeing as they mostly do all the saving, it would give others an opportunity to save them. And or, give Rog and the staff a chance to buy a new big shiny truck or whatever they wish to do.

I'm aware HPD is a constant target, and if they wish it, it may be the least likely to have the bomb 'go off', however, if blowing up a few cars instead in the lot would be more interesting? Or however they want it to go down, it can go down, I'm totally flexible! I will speak with each lead naturally to plan when, where, how, the bomb, and expectations.

The hospital recently had its bomb threat and survived it, Michiaki sees himself as the next great Unibomber, or the next Timothy McVeigh, so for him, to outshine on Vincents bomb would be a huge triumph for him, since he's looked up to this guys work in the papers since he started reading it. And deep down he wants to impress Vincent. Again, I'm flexible, and some compromise could be met with the current lead.

Social Services is a way for him to take out those that might serve his sentence to him should he get caught, To throw the police and the lawyers a big distraction, maybe even taking out some paperwork on criminals, what-have-you. His primary reason is it is an establishment of trust, and he believes they are all self serving demons. As you can see each group was given it's own demon name.

And finally Seaside. The last establishment he was exposed to for such a long time and that created the man he is today. To strike terror into the people who run this and who fear the loss of what they hold so dear. The most important thing we all cherish, our children. For him, it strikes real fear in the hearts of all. Plus, I don't think this has ever been done before, and we can rp out that the kids are moved to a safe location since the bomb will be a dud, so there doesn't have to be any violence in the youth group, however, it would be hella exciting for them to have something so serious, with cops and fire departments and sirens, and a story for them to remember for days and months to come.

So thats my plot proposal, I will get in contact with the leaders of these groups in game if not on here, and work out some times, details, etc once I've ironed out how I want each thing to go down. I hope to have most of the details worked out by the end of May so it can be a summer event by early June through to July.
