The Rejects have returned, and claim that they will never die. They've drawn tags on several buildings, including the Hospital and Police Station.

Earlier today, I saw them on the street. They'd attached several bodies to a large cross and set it on fire. Will, who I can only guess is there new leader shouted for all to hear that they are back and to witness what happens to people who cross them.

Is a gang war starting again? We need to re-group, we've become too slack and we need most of all to protect our family.
