Hey guys. It's been a while since I was a regular, and a lot's changed since then, so I thought it couldn't hurt to say hi all over again.

About Him
My character is somewhere in his late middle age now, with grown children, an ex-wife and loads of fun baggage. He's originally from Jersey City, where his family has deep roots in organized crime. (No, I did not realize how cliché my background was when I created him years ago and now it's too late to retcon. ^^;)

He started out in Hathian as an attempt to lay low during some legal issues, and ended up getting a legit job as a professor at CU. He's got a psych degree, and once ran a private practice. Although he's a psychologist, due to some peculiar legislature he's been able to prescribe meds.

That's the storyline I'd like to pursue now. Since I can't afford to rent office space, he's going to be making house calls (or meeting at TT, Lou's, whatever) while he's back in town looking for some purpose. There are a lot of loose ends in Hathian, and Trin's at a strange place in his life. Whether he'll use his "powers" for good or bad, it's too early to tell. Part of me wants to see him struggle between redemption and his insatiable desire to pull the strings of anyone who falls for the good doctor act.

He'd never admit it, but he's just as screwed up as half the crazies running around town (just more subtle most of the time), so where it goes from here is anyone's guess.

About Me

I love telling stories. That's been both a blessing and a curse, because sometimes my ideas get too big to control and I end up accomplishing nothing. I'm planning to take baby steps this time around and not get ahead of myself. Actually, I have no choice in that matter right now because RL is hella busy and I can only manage short scenes until things calm down a little and I can devote an entire day to being locked in my office posting multiparagraph epics.

More on that: I'm not asking for chatplay. Never. But, for the next month or so as I become acclimated to playing in CD again, I'm probably going to be limited to a couple hours at a time for rp sessions. That means that for anything to be accomplished, I've got to shorten my 8-minute average posting time to pick up the pace. If you can handle shorter posts with a quicker turnaround time (while maintaining quality, of course), please please feel free to hit me up for a scene.
