The sign for forum registration and observer publishing registrations are both down. This has been noted before in world but as at least one of them has been over a month I think it should be put here, would really like to see these fixed as the current work-arounds are making timely news posts impossible and with group chat very unreliable (not entirely CDs fault, though pruning the groups would help) we're lacking a reliable way to plan and communicate as a group.
