Now that we've got a grip on all our official groups and cleaned the titles within them, it's time to look for some leadership! I'm actually excited about this because we've got quite a few headless groups right now on top of a growing and very creative community! Seriously, how often do we do this?

Position

Supervisor position(s) in RP employment groups. Yes, there can be more than one per group! The primary function of this role is to manage operations and come up with events/concepts to encourage RP within the group and outside (cross-RP with other groups in CD). You would have immediate access to send notices within the group and promote people within "ranks". It's an opportunity for you to work directly with admins and give back to the community -- often, supervisors will end up becoming admins/managers themselves!

Goals

The goal of every RP employment group is to serve as a stepping stone for incoming members in CD to become acquainted with the community. We actually recently made this a recommended step for all incoming members of our community. Also, these groups currently have little to no activity -- we need people to come in and figure out creative ways to get people involved. Don't expect results overnight; be patient and you'll be surprised at what you can achieve!

Prerequisites

1) Good standing with CD Security
2) Good communication skills; must understand that regular group notices and reporting on the forums to the community is a great way to keep everyone up to date.
3) Must be responsible; you would be making a commitment to help the new folks in town and the community. Above all, conduct must be professional and representing of CD.
4) Must be in at least one core group (Citizen, Criminal, Workers, Youth, CU RP)

In the feedback section, clearly indicate that you're interested in the supervisor position, explain why you're interested in taking the position, and any ideas you plan to try to spark and sustain activity in the group.
