Ok I know what a gang is and although I have this discussion with many people and it had turned into an argument. Even if you want to become a recognized Cult in CD you still have to apply as if you are a gang. Right? Because there was a conversation back before there was ever a forum and my understanding was you make a group for whatever your doing and its for CD it needs to be approved and others given a chance to join. POINT BLANK. To Make the community aware of whats going on oocly so they can have a chance to add or join the rp. Now the argument lies with: "Its not a gang, Its a way of life." Now that can spark a whole new argument, trust me I grew up in a home and lost a brother to gang life. But regardless Thats not the issues. The issues is and main question: What defines a gang to be recognized in CD? Should all clubs, cults, gangs apply for a gang? What if some of the men wanted to form the clamper's? Which is a club for BBQing and drinking booze. Would they apply under gang as well? And The Red Hat Purple shirt ladies would they apply as a gang? The reason I ask this on the forum is because well best place for the arguments, and confusion to end. We can all see the outcome and do what needs to be done.
