Just like anywhere in the Den, the County Jail's skip tracers aren't entirely legit. Some bail warrants are for law breakers. Some are based on bribes.

So drop by the Jail, in Devil's Pocket. A box in the guard house has instructions for how to issue a bounty. We always like pictures of our targets, too. They make such nice WANTED posters.
