Myself and my IC band, 'No One Saved' propose to the CD Community the new idea of making local bands and musical acts official to the CD roleplay sims.
The following is mostly wording from the official CD Gang/Faction proposal, tweaked and edited to be relevant for this purpose.

We believe that this will open up and promote a stronger branch of artistic roleplay in the city, which will serve as a backdrop to a variety of different writing styles, major plots and subplots to weave into the rich diversity of the city of Hathian.

Requirements:
• Must maintain appearances on a regular basis (member presence in the RP area
• Promote positive role-play, especially within the local music industry and affiliates (ie. collaborating with other musicians, performers and businesses)
• You and your band members must be in good standing with management
• Active presence on forums and communication with owners / staff of CD

VERY IMPORTANT -- In-world groups MUST NOT be created until they have been proposed AND accepted by management.

PROMOTE DRAMA FREE ENVIRONMENT -- All Group Proposal applicants, including founding members, are subject to security and peer review on the forums. If you or your founding members are not in good standing with community leadership, your proposal will not be considered.

HOMEGROWN GROUPS PREFERRED -- Groups that are not based in CD or are primarily associated with other communities outside of CD may not be approved -- we place priority to potential leaders who spend their primary SL RP time in CD.

STAY CONNECTED TO COMMUNITY -- Group leaders are expected to collaborate OOC'ly with other group leaders. Public events posted on the calendar, posting on forums, and showing up to RP on a regular basis are ways we can gauge if your group should remain commissioned.

STAY CONNECTED TO MANAGEMENT -- Though Nadir may not be visible in RP, he expects leaders to maintain weekly communication with Admins and GMs. That means to go out of your way to contact Admins and GMs for help sending notices, attend as many leader meetings as you can, requesting help, reporting issues, or simply saying "hello" and "all is good!"

MAINTAIN ACTIVE PERFORMANCES/ EVENT PARTICIPATION -- Group leaders are required to maintain an active presence through regular events advertised through the forums, Discord, official notices, The Observer and the Event Calendar.
