BACKGROUND: This establishment would serve both as a restaurant and a bed and breakfast in the upstairs cafe/lounge area. Customers can check in and have their own room to sleep in and have a complimentary breakfast in the morning. In the basement, so it doesn't disturb those checked in for the night, there will be a restaurant with live music by Ellis and other performers. The food will be a mix of local dishes and other menu items. It has the type of food that one would have at a nice restaurant rather a fast food joint. There will be a mix of heavy, southern inspired dishes and healthy food. By diversifying the menu; we aspire to cater to a wide variety of people. In the basement, Meghan will also display her artwork to sell to those interested. Ellis' establishment will be much like a mullet; business in the front, party in the back. I think it's a combination of different avenues such as food, music, culture and rolling it into one establishment. The atmosphere will be partially inspired by New Orleans to give it the Louisiana vibe.

EXPERIENCE:I enjoy bringing new and different avenues for RP. I think it could generate a lot of different RP depending on what you are interested in whether someone wants to be a customer or work there. I think there are a lot of possibilities. I have been at CD for 8 years and have solid leadership experience. I owned the business Bottoms Up for three years before it went under. I have also been manager of Gein Burger for a few years. I have experience both with being a leader and managing my own business. If approved I will of course be stepping down from Gein because I won't be able to manage both.
