TYPE: Ice Cream Parlor!

BACKGROUND: Ice Cream! It's Louisiana! Why do we not have an ice cream parlor yet? This would be a great place both to cater to the youth of Hathian as the location is right by the Clam and the Comic shop in a youth friendly zone, but also as a casual 'date' location for a fun night out. And on a hot day, it'll give people something to RP alleviating the oppressive heat!
UNIQUE:
EXPERIENCE:Because I think an ice cream parlor is *needed* in a Southern state! I also think it would create RP and it's very appropriately innocent for my character.
